Women with small child arrested for Seattle DUI

The Seattle Times wrote that on March 16, 2012 at about one in the morning Seattle Police discovered a 34-year old women in the driver’s seat of a vehicle which had crashed into a parked car. According to police the women was found passed out with a bottle of wine between her legs. The Officers woke the women to see if she could pass the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. She could not.  The saddest part of the story is that her 2-year old child was in the car with her. The good news is according to the report the child was not injured.

As a Washington DUI attorney and human I must have compassion for such a situation and wish the best for herself and the child. I can only hope that she hires a caring and qualified Seattle DUI Lawyer to help her through this tough situation.
