According the Associate Press, young Actress Amanda Bynes was arrests Friday, April 6, 2012 after striking a sheriff’s patrol car. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department arrested Bynes at about 3 a.m.  Bynes was being held on $5,000 bail. There does not seem to be any more information about the Sheriff’s investigation or the reasons they suspected that Bynes was under the influence.
